South-South Cooperation (SSC) has fast emerged as an important pillar of international cooperation. Complemented by its diversity in forms, modalities and practices, and moving away from the traditional ‘one size fits all’ approach, SSC operates on the principles of mutual sharing and solidarity. In this regard, the Development Cooperation Review (DCR) is designed to bring policymakers, officials, researchers, academics and the development practitioners onto a global platform to share their ideas, experiences and concerns vis-a-vis development cooperation. The periodical would further allow the featuring of special write-ups, analyses, opinion pieces, commentaries and in general the South’s take on the emerging narrative of global architecture of development cooperation, including ODA.
